Does it work without internet?
Yes. The pharmacy app keeps selling and counting stock offline on any Android phone, and syncs when the connection returns. It shows what has not synced yet.
Who owns my data?
You do. Import from Excel or CSV to get started and export your sales, stock and orders at any time, in CSV or Excel.
Who sees my sales?
Only your business. A distributor sees the orders you place with it, and regional totals only, built from enough pharmacies that no single one can be identified.
Can I buy from more than one distributor?
Yes. Add every distributor you buy from. You see each one's price and stock, put everything in one basket, and it splits into one order per distributor.
How are reorder suggestions made?
From your own sales, the stock you hold and the real delivery time of each distributor. Every suggestion shows those numbers, and you decide what to order.
What about prescription medicine?
Prescription medicine is released only by the pharmacist, who checks the prescription first.
Is there a per-order fee?
No. Pharmacies pay a plan price stated up front, with no fee per order, and get a renewal reminder before a plan lapses.
Can I pay my distributor on credit?
Yes, if the distributor offers it. Each relationship is set as prepaid or on account, with its own credit limit and settlement cycle.
Which countries can use it?
Currency and regions are set for each account, so the platform is not tied to one country. Book a demo to ask about availability in yours.
